Duraclutch Clutch System 2015-2018 RANGER, 2008-2019 BOBCAT & GRAVELY UTV’s with the Kohler Diesel Engine Kit

If you are running tires over 32 inches, a clutch kit alone is not enough. You need gear reduction, either internal gears or a portal gear reduction, to handle that much tire without destroying belts and clutches. If you run larger tires and are not sure what you need, email Todd at todd@hunterworks.com before you order and he will tell you what the machine needs.

It fits the 2015-2018 Polaris Ranger with the Kohler Diesel engine, 2008-2019 Bobcat UTVs with the Kohler Diesel engine, and Gravely UTVs with the Kohler Diesel engine.

It is for Kohler-engine diesels only. Yanmar-engine machines take kit 15-645 and Kubota-engine machines take kit 15-621. Both are sold separately at Hunterworks.

A DuraClutch RXS primary clutch, a secondary clutch, a belt, primary hardware, blue thread locking fluid, decal, and installation instructions.

Engagement is smoother than the stock flyweight clutch, engine braking is stronger and more predictable on hills, and the belt stays under tension so it doesn't burn on takeoff. On a working diesel that means far fewer belt failures. It's a direct bolt-on with no tuning needed.

No. The kit comes calibrated for the machine it's listed for. Bolt it on and ride. If you run oversize tires or ride at high elevation, contact Hunterworks before ordering so Todd can tell you whether a different calibration is a better fit.

You need a primary clutch puller to get the stock primary off the crankshaft. If you don't already own one, let Hunterworks know and it can ship with the kit.

The kit includes its own DuraClutch belt. DuraClutch systems do not use the stock Polaris belt or a standard Hunterworks belt, so keep a spare DuraClutch belt on hand.

It's a direct bolt-on. Remove the clutch cover, pull the stock primary and secondary, install the DuraClutch primary and secondary with the supplied hardware and thread locker, fit the belt, and reinstall the cover. Installation instructions are included.
